The problem with discord support- or the lack thereof

For an app that's literally build around live chatting, it's infuriating that you cannot talk to a real person for support.

My account got disabled for a violation of tos stated as "You may not share content that violates anyone's intellectual property or rights." I tried appealing, but all I got was an automated message a couple days later saying that my account would not be reinstated. I've already seen people talking about how they've lost their accounts due to this same intellectual property reason, but it turns out it was a false mass report by a spammer/hacker https://www.reddit.com/r/discordapp/comments/litxxa/mass_number_of_accounts_disabled_yesterday_that/

Here's some goddamn feedback for you: give us real humans to talk to about trust and safety. It's pathetic.
