How do I retrieve my phone number

I have emailed support and they have been no help. What policy is blocking the staff at Discord to take the phone number from the account. 

My situation is that a account is using my phone number. I want the staff to take that phone number away from that account. So I can use it on my current account. But the only response I get from the emails are "Please log into the account connected to the number. Then remove the number." When I can't access the account. Please help me.
