Discrimination

I was banned from the server Driving Empire because they THOUGHT I was under 13. I'm well over 13 Is it possible for me to get back on the server because I'm over 13 Years of age. Also the Server is based on a Roblox Game which doesn't classify as a game and I heard you ban those servers. Can you do that for me?
