Give server owners the option to turn off server DM's

Server owners need to be able to have the option to decide for themselves if they want their server members to be able to message each other if said server is their only mutual server.

My server is being raided and DM botted every single day from competitor businesses, it's getting harder and harder everyday to stay loyal to discord, i'm thinking of just abandoning the platform- its repeatedly being used as an outlet for competitors to steal my business away from me.

I thought the problem of bots would have got better over so much time now, but it seems worse than ever. Please discord, just allow us server owners to decide for ourselvs if our members should be messaged unsolicited.
