Update connected services info (ie name from fb/spotify, gt from xbox etc)

Hello.

Got notified today that the displayed lastname from facebook and spotify on my profile was wrong. I changed my last name 2 years ago, and obviously updated it everywhere, but it seems that Discord doesn't refresh the cached info at all. Instead you have to remove the connection and set it up again.

Not a big deal, but when you change ie your lastname on Facebook, you assume that other services that you've authorized to access your Facebook information, and that displays your Facebook provided lastname actually reflect that change within a reasonable amount of time.

I've got 2 suggestions for this, each with it's drawback, but at least it would be better than not updating at all, and it would improve the user experience.

First, and most user-friendly solution: Regularly refresh the information from connected services, maybe once a month or so.

• CONS: Costly performancewise, but can be mitigated by spreading the work over the whole month. Ie: if Discord only had 28 users, User1 is refreshed on the 1st every month, User2 on the 2nd every month and so on.
• PROS: Requires no action from the user at all, and the connected information is updated within a month.

Second, semi user-friendly solution:
Regularly refresh the information from connected services, but only once, twice or thrice a year, and also give the user a simple button to force-refresh the information (all at once or individual connections), with ie a 1-2 week cooldown.

• CONS: Can take a while for it to be updated depending on the refresh interval.
• PROS: It will update automatically, eventually, but can also be forced without having to disconnect and reconnect each service that has to be updated.

Just my two cents, but this is how I would implement something like this (and has planned for a GW2 related project).
