disabled for no reason

I was disabled for "spamming", I've never spammed before and this was my first time ever being warned or banned or anything. I did nothing, my account, MoistFlakes#0676 was disabled for doing nothing. I left an abandoned server, and all of a sudden, poof, disabled. Emailed support, and according to a man named "Clyde", my account is not being reactivated. I want my account and my friends back. Please help.
