Rules accepting on mobile devices

We activated membership screening and made rules people need to accept so they can actually join the server. When they join, they should see a window that will let them accept the rules but this only works on pc, that causes loss of memebers because not everyone uses Discrod on pc and when people try to join from phone they usually give up.
