Turn on sound for only DMs and mentions

In discord, usually there's too many messages going around for me, and I'm not always looking at my screen. So I feel like being able to turn on the message sounds for only mentions and DMs would help filter when I'm being notified. It would be more useful if it wasn't just the message sound, but all notification features too.
