Status keeps disappearing.

Even when I put don't clear it ends up disappearing. I don't want to keep changing my status. Please sort this out. Do you not have technicians that can sort this out?

    add a screen shot for everyone to understand.

    Also are you using ur phone or computer … is it an Apple or Android - Mac or PC.  Maybe you are using the web-browser … if so which one?  Are you talking about Online, Do not Disturb, Custom, etc.?

    Lmao a screen shot of a missing status would just be a tiny gray square, i have no idea what you expect to get out of it.
