PC app parity with mobile w/r/t reporting users

On mobile, long-pressing on a message brings up a menu that gives one-touch reporting of messages and users. This does not exist in any form on the PC version, requiring additional hoops to jump through and going about it completely outside of the PC app.

I'm getting at least two "I'm leaving CSGO" phishing messages per week now. There's something else I'd like to suggest re: privacy, but that's for a different post completely.
