server owner perms toggle

server owners should have an option somewhere to be (partially) treated as if they weren't owner, important features like a possible non-banishment protection should remain intact while server owner permissions are toggled off, but things like access to channels a non server owner wouldn't have access to with their set server roles should be treated the same with the switch off, so that said server owner can experience what someone else with the same roles would experience without the extra permissions a server owner has
