Improve slash command auto-complete with infix search similar to mentions

Right now the slash command auto-complete only shows commands based on the command name and performs a prefix search.

Problem:

When you have a subcommand such as `/mod ban target: user` then it will not be suggested in auto-complete when you type `/ban`.

Suggestion:

Improve the auto-complete by also showing infix matches similar to mentions.
