Gif Permission | Suggestion

I think that along with the "Embed Links" permission, there should be a separate permission for allowing users to access the Gif Menu and the slash commands. This has probably already been suggested, but I think it would just make text chats cleaner if you implemented something similar to the no files permission that makes the icon disappear/grey out if you don't have the required permission.
