Gif causing a full discord crash.

Somebody posted the link to a gif and when you watch it it seems to crash discord.

  ArseeniK Yeah you are right. I didn't think about that. It's fixed now.

  I didn't saw last changes logs talk about this.
  Anyway i now make my bot detect this kind of stuff, so he can delete the message and mute the member who posted this, still usefull
