Nitro Refund

Today passed 1 week, I purchased server boost, no one replies to me for discord related to refund. I mailed 6-7 times to discord but no replies come. There are no proper how to contact discord, they are careless. I loss 146$ but no one refund my money also discord disable my Id, I wrote this feedback from another ID

    If you leave the automatic payment, you may have withdrawn the money, if you return the money, your account may be deactivated, you can return your account by sending a support notification.
