Enable custom CSS without the need for a client modification
This would give people the chance to create custom themes for discord, that don't violate the discord TOS. It would be a really nice feature to have, as it can change the look and feel of discord, making it nicer to use. It would also be a nice feature to have customisable highlight.js themes with codeblocks, but I feel like custom css is more important.

Been wanting this since I first downloaded Discord and I made a post a while back about themes aswell but i feel like there's no one listening to these posts :/
