Hiding/Disabling Vanity URL

It seems that, even though invite permissions are explicitly revoked, as soon as Tier 3 boost requirements are met, the invite button appears and shows the Vanity URL and invite friends UI. This seems counter-intuitive, as a permission has explicitly revoked that access.

A new feature within this would be making the Vanity URL optional, or allowing Admins to disable the Vanity URL all together, to prevent unwanted invitations.
