Changes of names in differents channels.

Well, i made this more oriented in Roleplay servers, any type of roleplays.
An option to change your name in differents channels, for example:

-In Game-
Tavern (Your roleplay name)

-Out Off Character-
Staff Channel (Your staff name)

The members of the Staff can normaly change the name of an user in all the server or in certain channel.
