Nitro Subscribers should be allowed to swap a profile pic more often

It isn't any hidden secret that changing your profile picture can be very inconvenient and time consuming to wait if you do it twice and not like it. I'm not sure if this is due to storage space or what, but one big perk for Nitro should be the ability to change your picture freely or at least much more often

    And to clarify for those that don't know, I'm referring to how if you opt to change the picture more than twice within say 5 minutes, it locks you out for 5-10 minutes (I forget exactly which)

    With the discord (mobile discord especially) profile picture adjustment options being very lacking, sometimes you can submit a picture and it look much worse than the initial preview shows you.
