Replace text channel hashes (#) with an Emoji

It would be great to be able to replace the hashes and speaker icons for both text and voice channel to increase uniqueness for servers and channels and allow for a cleaner look for those wishing to do so.

Of course, Discord would still have to display a way to differentiate between text, announcement, stage, voice channels etc.
