Is it possible to search for a specific user who was on a server?

I have a special request:

A user recently joined and I found it a bit strange. See also screenshot.

My question now:
Is it possible to find out the discord tag from the user or which server he belongs?
I would like to ask him what he wanted or was looking for.
Unfortunately, I can no longer find it and before I could click it, he was gone.
