Discord Ban

Ok so the short story my account got hacked(steal my token) and started spamming everyones dm with token grabber link and discord disable my account for that.I was like ok that's sucks. So my problem is why discord ban someone's account when they have been hacked. Can't they unban it when owner make request. I made it by email still no answer.

    Man, i have a same problem. For ten days i have sent them messages, but I still keep getting the same responses from their bot.
    Hold on, you're not the only one.
