discord it self and how they handle things through email

ya discord it helps have alot of bugs when i contacted discord staff by email it was very harsh i gave them the issues im haveing and how i feel about it instead of "oh thank for ur feedback" or like "we understand your problem" they just said "oh we aint ganna fix it bc u told us to or "we aint ganna work around it for u" im simpley saying the problem n they should fix it bc lets face it the discord app has alot of bugs and its causeing a heated discussion

    bruv i got charged 7 times for nitro but happily only 3 payments were accepted and now i m waiting for 3-4 days for a refund and still no response

    i swear this is how they handle this "ignore and and be rude about it" like they dont fix the app they dont banned pedofiles on discord they just not responding or have any respect for anyone imagine going back to skype
