Same here. Clyde bot might as well be the only employee on the support team, because it's the only one that responds to tickets.

customer support is getting higly neglected currently
They have failed to provide support and I have put in multiple requests but they only just mark it as solved. That's all they know how to do as support staff. They aren't qualified, and none know how to do anything else except mark it as solved.
I Just had Clyde auto respond trying to sweep my ticket under the rug.
