How long does it take for the Discord team to take down a server?

I've reported a very offensive server that keeps posting messed up videos multiple times, even though the staff did respond a week ago:

"Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We've initiated an investigation based on the information that you provided and we'll take appropriate action based on our findings. Please note that for privacy reasons, we're not able to share the specifics of the action taken, if any."

Are these kind of people under special protection by Discord? The waiting time is just absurd, more and more people risk to get shocked, especially the younger audience.
