That’s probably on their future plans, the username change is just the beginning.
I doubt Discord will become the new hot social media app though, I think users will move from this platform soon enough when the next new app hits. Happened with Skype to Discord, no reason why it can’t happen with Discord aswell. Especially with all the backlash on their recent updates and the incompetence to address it all.

Arhums, you miss my point. I want Discord to be it's own social media. Not fetching twitter/insta posts. I'm talking about Discord having Twitter-like (or Reddit-like) posting system that goes to your friends/followers outside of the server structure.

While Discord primarily focuses on providing a platform for communication and collaboration within communities, it doesn't currently offer built-in integration with social media platforms like Twitter or Reddit. However, Discord does provide various features and functionalities that can enhance community engagement.

If you're looking for ways to incorporate social media-like features within Discord, here are a few suggestions:

    1. Bots and Webhooks: Discord allows the use of bots and webhooks to automate various tasks and integrate external services. You can explore existing bots or create custom ones to fetch and display social media feeds or updates within Discord channels.

    2. Custom Embeds: Discord supports custom embeds, which allow you to format and display content within messages in a visually appealing way. You can use this feature to create posts or announcements within Discord that resemble social media-style content like this 먹튀검증사이트.

    3. Channel Organization: Discord offers the flexibility to create different channels for specific topics or interests. You can create channels dedicated to discussions, sharing content, or even specific topics similar to how subreddits work.

    4. Roles and Permissions: Discord's role system enables you to assign different roles to users, granting specific permissions and access levels. You can use roles creatively to mimic features like user flairs or special designations found on social media platforms.

Yea, I know, that's why I said they should add those features in.
