    That ticket is still "open" but when I sent a follow up it was immediately "solved" within 2 minutes.

    I've also been encountering a similar case of automatic "solved" questions, which is strange, same case for support tickets, occasionally there's no response or review either.

    Actually, they did also mark all of my tickets as solved. 
    And it wasn't even related. I got my account hacked, it wasn't an issue related to ToS.

    Tomorrow i'll go reach out to the police to see if they can do something about it. This is to put it simply just really stupid.. something seems to be off on discord support.

    Been getting more cases of automatic solved messages as well, although in this case, apparent "mass blanket ban" (from what I heard), from a discord server, which apparently had caused it, but supposedly was regarding the TOS "or" Community Guidelines, but was listed as appealable, so I found that unusual too, (been getting AI/bot responses/nothing but saying it was automatically "solved" with no response or anything, emails included too), otherwise I would recommend reaching out elsewhere as well for support too.

    Hi, I just saw that my appeal was resolved, but you still can't access my account because it's still disabled.
    I received an email saying that my account will be deleted within 14-30 days without showing me any proof of anything in detail.
    At no time did I breach or break any terms or conditions that he agreed to.
    I only use voice calls to talk to my friends and coworkers, it doesn't make sense that my account is disabled for doing nothing.
    In case someone else helps me, I'll explain again: today I tried to enter my discord and I couldn't, it came out that my account was disabled and I received an email that said "Your account has been used in activities related to hacking, fraud, decryption of accounts and credit cards or trying to damage a computer or computer network, something I never did since I only use it to speak by voice and write with my colleagues and friends.

    since it was surely his mistake or maybe it was a failure of one of the bots that discord has

    They really need to give us the option of speaking with an actual human being. I've had to send 4 tickets, with each one being marked as solved. Still cant access my account

    Discord support story is getting extremely uncanny. I was banned after being told to change my password. I changed my password happily thinking I was finally proven to be 18. Guess what y’all?? I’m now banned until 2025!! Submitted a ticket to appeal the decision. And guess what?? AUTOMATICALLY SOLVED!! YIPPEE!! something major is going on. If someone can help me pls add my alt 1xot on discord and talk to me. I need support.

    Discord seem to doesnt care about his customer, i've also spend around 100$ for nitro and cosmetics, and still their support doesnt work at all. There are more people getting falsely banned for underage then people who actually are.
    They could do something like not using bot to instant ban people without context or improve it, and make some type of AI to recognize face and ID to recover faster your account.

    Update after 4 days they recover my account, i know it can be very frustrating but i reccomend to be patient (if they dont respond after one week i reccomend to do something).
    Still discord has a huge problem with this type of problem and i hope that will be fixed soon (various people lost their account im lucky that they managed to recover it).

    Dont spam too much ticket and be polite (a lot of people say this and trust me it will work on most of the cases)

    So basically I have submitted several tickets, which are all automaticall getting put as solved after like some minutes.. is there any hope on getting any support from them despite the ticket being marked as solved??? 

     

    Or what the hell am I supposed to do, they don't respond anywhere and I am not getting any kind of proper answer despite automated bot messages… I really don't know what to do…

    i submitted one with no response and is still open but the second one is solved with no information what do i do its been 5 days since my accounts been disabled.
