My account disabled
I had a child make a unauthorized purchase on MY account for nitro and I contacted discord for a refund and I got a response from them but they arent responding to my checkup emails and I contacted them on the 16th of this month, so I went to paypal to try to get a refund there but the second I summited the case to paypal with all my info, my account was disabled after sending a message to my bud to play some games. I'd like to clarify that I AM above age and there is no reason to disable my account for a related kid to me buying nitro NOT ON HIS account.( I stated all this in the tickets I sent to discord). Also the name and pfp on this accounts been changed so long ago so no way that's the TOS reason I'm disabled just an fyi that i could understand but it was changed years ago. Please any help would be appreciated a lot of my friends I've met through the years are on discord. I'd appreciate some official help or some advice on how to get this resolved as quick as possible. (I already sent a ticket to discord the minute it happened)

Here is the thing. If you do a refund within paypal (chargeback), Discord thinks you are trying to get free nitro and can disable your account. If you or someone else makes an unauthorized purchase, do not refund it through PayPal. It will disable your account the minute that chargeback goes through.

Since PayPal is not really with Discord, the only thing you can mainly do is it just wait, if you have friends added on other platforms, tell them that your account got deleted and to add your new account. Make sure to not use a disposable email or phone number. Just make a new Gmail for that account. Just if you do get another purchase you did not do, then just reach out to Discord ASAP. It might take awhile for them to respond, but they will respond after a few weeks (or days if you are lucky). Hope this helps!

Oh i actually got this email from them right
"In order to regain access to your account, the card owner will need to contact the payment provider associated with these charges and withdraw all open disputes within 14 days from date of suspension.Once the dispute(s) have been withdrawn, please provide explicit confirmation by attaching a statement or letter from your payment provider indicating that all dispute(s) have been retracted.
If this is not the case, you can respond to this ticket and we will be able to investigate further

I bet they are asking for that, but I cannot really confirm because I am just a random person on the internet and does not really know much with banking stuff. So just contact PayPal about the problem and just follow the instructions that Discord told you.
