Hub Management

I'm a housing coordinator at a private college. We have a Student Hub with a good chunk of students in it, but there's also a large amount of now-graduated students that we have no way of removing. It's both a liability and a safety issue that no one can kick old members that should no longer be in the hub. 

Additionally, there's no way to manage servers in the hub unless you're a server owner. For example, our hub is host to a lot of different student club servers, but some of those clubs have been disbanded. The servers still exist and are still in the hub. The only way to remove them is to contact the server owner, who is normally a student, and have them remove it themselves. This is especially annoying when the student has graduated and wants nothing more to do with the school.

I didn't set up the hub, nor do I know how one is set up in the first place. All I know is that there is apparently no way to moderate the hub itself, only the servers within it. There should be a way to set a hub moderator or owner to fix these problems, just like with server owners.
