Support Bot
Good Morning,
I am writing this post to explain how replacing humans with bots is a waste of time.
1) Yesterday I made a ticket asking regarding my account that was disabled at the end of August this year.
Clyde's response, as usual, told me to change my password even though the question was about why my account was put on hold.
2) Referring to User Privacy, I asked what options I had to get from my suspended account all my data I had on it.
In this case, I was also answered by the Clyde bot, which redirected me to a page through which I would get a clear answer on how to get my all files. But this time, too, they had me at ...
Because the article was only about accounts to which you can log in yourself :)
And as we all know here, it is impossible to log in to our locked account and thus change the password.
So what's the point of sending tickets when the answers actually direct us to sites that we can search for ourselves?
Instead of technical support from individuals we get redirection to some sites that won't help us anyway.
Let Discord's Trust & Safety team step up to the plate. We all know that the earnings in your company are really high, but as you can see, replacing people with bots was never good and will not be.
Below I send screen shots of the pages to which I was redirected by the bot, wanting to make people aware that the tickets they create will not do anything. And the discord team does not give a damn about us, because we are just a drop of water in the ocean, so individual users the team does not even care.
