Notification in DM's for nitro even though im supposedly 'ineligible'

I cant get rid of the nitro ad notification despite going into nitro tab, and the trial tells me im ‘ineligible’ even though I dont have nitro (Nor have I ever had it I think).

Seriously, I want this damn notification gone or im going to find a better communicator
