NITRO IS A SCAM

I had a Nitro gifted to me and did the free trial of sorts, when I went to cancel they continued to charge me an in MULTIPLE ways through Apple and Discord for MONTHS. I continued to be charged despite cancellations, so I disputed a charge because there are no ways to contact a live person and all responses are automated and copy paste types. This stopped the charges but when you dispute their service charges they ban you for “violating their terms of service,” and then they try to hold your account as the leverage to get you to reverse the dispute in order to retrieve your account. This is FRAUD. Discord Nitro is NOT worth the hassle. Don't do it, it's near impossible to cancel and they do not have live support or support you can contact to address the issues with the subscription. I was charged for multiple subscriptions, one through apple and one through discord. I kept cancelling and they kept charging. I disputed one charge, through Chase, to get them to stop charging me and they have disabled my account. They continue to send me automated responses and are not answering my requests to address the issues. Sending me the same automated response insisting I withdraw my dispute from Chase. They may as well be blackmailing people. Just don't do it.
