Possible bug: No more exit survey when canceling?
I'm certain I remember there being an exit survey when canceling a Nitro subscription before. This time, it just sat on a loading screen for a couple minutes until I thought the program had frozen and then finally refreshed the page when I clicked. Is this a bug, or a deliberate omission? I wanted to be able to leave my feedback as to why I chose to cancel (in this case, Discord once again showing that they don't listen to or care about their users with the clunky, ugly, inaccessible mobile UI redesign.)

I noticed this as well when I canceled my Nitro subscription. I also had trouble logging into this support website. I think they know we hate it and are choosing to limit feedback as much as possible.
I canceled my Nitro for the same reason-- the terrible and inaccessibly new UI and theme.

I will be canceling mine for the same reason. I help moderate a small community support server that is now full of people struggling to accomplish anything with the app, getting literal headaches looking at it, and begging for the old layout for an alternative. I'm done giving Discord my money and we're all going to look for a new digital home unless this is undone VERY quickly.

I also have plans to cancel mine. There's no sense in paying for something that gives me headaches, especially if it doesn't get fixed because I'll probably be migrating in the long run. It's a shame to hear that I probably won't be able to give feedback when I do.

I can't renew my nitro, whenever I try to cancel or change my plan, discord appears with a screen saying "error", and in the app every time I change photos it shows the "Get Nitro" screen and when I open the app and I close the screen appears again as if I had nitro like “Manage Nitro”. And on Google Play there is no subscription to cancel, only other Spotify subscriptions and other applications.
