Terrible Service and false banned

I was off of my pc after chatting with my friends later on the day i got back on. When i got back on, i noticed that i was logged out but didint think much of it. When i logged backed in it said my account was disabled. I did not do nything to cause this i do not spam, i do not participate in illegal activites, i am 14, and i do not bot. I also saw that if I dont take any action in 14 days my account will get deleted and im getting completely ignored i even bought nitro
