Account disabled without email, notice, or any communications
Ive been a loyal paying customer since 2015, for 8 years Ive been a discord customer without even a single warning or action on my account. Randomly on Jan 6th without an email, notification, or any form of communication my account was disabled. I did not find this out until I tried to log in and it would not let me. Ive been submitting tickets for the past 4 days without a single response other than Clyde bot giving me an automated message. Ive seen hundreds of posts online describing this exact same issue and ALL OF THEM go on to say that discord fails to communicate anything to them AND never helps them either appeal whatever action was taken, or at least get information on what happened. How am I supposed to know what happened if I cant get even a discord intern to spend 5 min writing an email response to any of the dozens of attempts ive made to contact support. My account never had even a warning on it let alone any actions, I was an early supporter badge member, I was a paid nitro subscriber for years and just like that, poof, the account is just disabled and you couldnt even grant me the decency of communicating that to me. Not even a single email notification of this action taken against my account. So now Im begging, BEGGING, anyone that reads this to please help me. Please in any way help me because I dont want to lose the 8 years worth of connections I made, the 8 years of friends I made, the communities I supported and participated in, its incredibly unfair and judging by the hundreds of people voicing their problems online to a chorus of crickets, this spells the end of Discord as a platform. How can anyone justify treating their customers this way?
Please can anyone ANYONE help me because Discord support literally doesnt exist as its just Clyde bot responding with automated unhelpful garbage. Just one human being with a beating heart at discord is all I need. Hell, even just a communication answering my questions would go a long way. A lot better than the full on silence Ive been dealing with since Jan 6th. I seriously cannot wait for the viable discord alternative to overtake this horrible company and leave it in the dust with the rest of the garbage internet companies that did this type of wretched behavior.

I got banned recently and it did ruined my day which I was about to post links to stream, but all I found it have to do certain server cause the problem. To be honest, Discord needs to fix their reporting system cause this messenging service site not a communist country. I been paying for nitro which I want to get my supporters to check out my streams and videos. Even I have a lot of friends who I have in my contacts.
I'm going to be honest, they shouldn't be people like us. You know if they banned like that over what someone did in a random server, they should be banning the person not everyone in the server. They never learn a thing or 2 about accountability. If they don't want to unban us, we should file them for fraud which it will be a chargeback against them.
Discord needs gets grip together, do they care about the money or care about someone's feeling?

As far as I understand I cant access any page or portal with my account in order to cancel the nitro they charged me just days before the random ban. How am I supposed to cancel nitro? Do I just have to hope they stop those charges? Discord took my money, my payment info and offer me exactly zero options to rectify this problem within their platform. I cannot cancel their subscription, I cannot communicate with a support team member, I cannot do anything. So I should be calling my credit card to cancel and flag this as a fraudulent payment on my account? I hope someone sues these a-holes.

"Randomly on Jan 6th without an email, notification, or any form of communication my account was disabled."
This happened to me on 25th December, as far as I know the Discord “AI Moderation” system introduced had determined something you post to be “illegal” which triggers your ban. This means that the chance of your account returning is about 0% unfortunately.1 -
