Hacked into Account Disabled
So I got Hacked in the 9th of Feb, since I had 2FA, the hacker only got to my browser cookies and couldn't do nothing with the account, so got it suspended.
As soon has I logged in got hit with this screen.
I already made an appeal on the suspension explaining the case, but the appeal case gets tag “solved” with no response? Is this a normal behaviour?
Is my account gone? We are talking about and account from dec 2015, with nitro on it…
I know it my own stupidity that got me hacked, but still, It was not me that did anything againts TOS, and would really like the account back.

It's seems like your account got hacked to do something related to get flag from CSAM or something that they considered against the TOS, same happened to mine, got hacked and they use my account for Illegal kiddy stuff and got myself a nice Disabled noticed. Discord support ignored and they marked my ticket as solved, only bot told me I violate their TOS and they won't reinstate my account, Even I literally give them my ID and my Full name(What criminal will gave them evidence like this if they actually commit? Think!). Just got my account deleted today.

If your account did get flagged for that cause, I'm deeply sorry to say that your account is gone for good. I experienced the same thing. Lost 1 years worth of nitro with it.

That makes no sense, its just an account I know, but I still have access to the account, it got flagged for something I didnt do, makes no sense losing that, if I still can log in and all is “good” since I had 2FA to secure it

Even more infuriating is not getting human response saying that, YES you will get or not get that account back.

Sounds like you went through the same experience Rozianist and I did. Just like he stated, my account also finally got deleted 2 days ago after a full month of trying to get a human from support to respond. Your account is permanently banned and there is genuinely nothing you can do regardless of the evidence you provide.
You'd think after being a longterm supporter of the platform that they would at least give a response but only a bot will ever respond.

That's f**ed up, it says that it will be unsuspended in 2 years, but theres no point, alot will change in 2 years

I have no word to say, discord support is not very supportive, aside from the bot.
