My account got blocked second time becuse of under 13

One year ago me account got blocked because of this i contacted support and they helped to confirm my age which was then 19 but 6 days ago i got blocked again, currenly im 20 and i send few request on discord support but they all got “solved” by Nelly and account its still blocked. I tryed to contact discord support on twitter but there is still no repost. What can i do to get by account back?

    Don't send multiple tickets as it only gives them more work. Also keep only one ticket open if you already sent multiple tickets. If one of the open tickets get closed, just monitor the one that's open for any activity. If that one gets closed too, add to conversation on that ticket that your issue is still not resolved. Other than that, pray for a response from them (honestly it's better to just accept the fact that you're not getting your account back.).

    As for Nelly ‘solving’ tickets automatically, it's apparently a form of verification that checks if the ticket is ‘correct’, whatever that means. And most likely helping Discord with tickets by keeping the queue down.

    This is not acceptable to get banned account for nothing beacuse their ai bots got chats without content and ban account, one year ago they at least have normal support where you can send email to them and HUMAN replay right now my frist request its 6 days open and noone associated to it.
