Hacked account and discord support closed the ticked without a reply

My account got hacked and the hacker added 2fa for that account. I've provided a lot of information that the account was mine by nitro payment statements and which account as well by sending ID for the account. The hacker still has access to that account by evidence that the account name has changed and profile pic keeps changing. 

I requested a gdpr request for my account with the right specified id but they gave me the information of an account the hacker created under my email to throw discord support off. They added an s after my username so that showed as primary account for this mail when they changed email for the account. The only human i think reply I got was from Morpheus then after that it has been radio silence from them. I've made a police report because thanks to the gdpr request I got the ip of the person who made the account. It was based in Turkey and I am from Sweden. I doubt it will lead anywhere but its good to keep a record. 

This is under all critique for them to take this long. I sincerly hope they can actually look at the request instead of marking it as solved without replying or doing anything.
