Account falsely disabled for being a mod in a discord server
My account was falsely disabled simply because I was a mod in a flagged discord account despite of the fact that I wasn’t even active in the server. I received a response from the Clyde bot stating and I quote
“Hello,
Discord has taken action against your account for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We’ve reviewed and confirmed this violation.
You should’ve received a system DM or email with more information. If you believe that this is in error, feel free to reply back to this email.
Sincerely,
Discord Trust & Safety”
I responded saying it was an error and I did not participate in the activities that occurred in the server but ever since then after 7 days with no response my ticket gets marked as solved by a bot and not a single real person has replied to me at all
I have one more week before my account is permanently deleted
Has anyone ever had luck with customer service when this specific type of discord ban happens? Is there even a point in trying to contact support?

You're reading the wrong email by the way here;

Discord Trust & Safety”as this is usually the accompanied email informing you that action was taken against your account (i.e. disabling) etc,
It's recommended you check the other email to see why exactly Discord took action and how you can appeal it.

I read the email and it stated I needed to submit a request to get an appeal

Discord does not care if you didn't participate in the harmful activities. So long as you were in the server you're guilty.
The fact that you were a MOD in such a server prolly makes you ( in their eyes ) even more guilty than a regular member.
Remember folks LEAVE servers you aren't active in. Someone does something bad? Everyone will be punished.0 -
Yes but I didnt ask to join and I left a lot fo servers and forgot that one and its s dead server so no one used it. The server itself wasnt even banned the owner of it was and so his server got compromised as a result
And the owner begged me to join when i didnt want to

I think I know what reason they banned you. If it is, I don't think there's hope left for your account:(

I know why they banned my account it’s because i was a mod in a server where someone who owned the server was flagged……….. Idk what other reason it would possibly be
