Almost 21 days now since my account was hacked.
Anyone else with similar experience?. I made the ticket just an hour or so after It happend and I have yet to get a reply on It, I had 2 bots tell me they were escalating It 1 and 2 days after the ticket was made. That's 19 days ago now I got the last bot reply for the escalation.
Please If someone at discord reads these, could you check my ticket soon.

Yes, mine has been open for 1 month and 17 days. Got 2 bot replies as well, dont create any hopes that discord sees this forum, cuz they don't. Best we can do is wait, they will reply eventually

Do you know what makes this more INSANE? I was willing to test something. I decided to fake a hacking on my alt account, created a fresh ticket on my alt saying that it was hacked, got a reply in less than 1 hour. Theres absolutely no criteria on the ticket system. They will only respond to your ticket when they feel like it, absolutely disgusting. I'm hoping someone that has a decent amount of money can actually sue their asses for this autism support

I had a funny feeling there was no “queue” system, some people get a reply In a couple of hours and others get completed Ignored.
Did you ask them about your other ticket by any chance when you got a reply?. Maybe some luck there or atleast some Insight on why It's taking so long?.0 -
I did ask them to look at a “friends ticket”, that was my main ticket obviously but they ended up just closing the ticket and i'm still waiting for a response on my main one

I have no words for the quality of support we've gotten, I have no problem with waiting for a response aslong as I have some kind of clear communication.
The person that hacked my account has now completely wiped my account, he deleted all the servers I owned and changed the name and profile picture to something else today. They had 20days+ to get back to me and this WHOLE thing could have been avoided, I'm beyond Infuriated at this point.0 -
Im at my 21 day mark of still not getting back my account. The link where the hacker originated from (my friends account got his account in an hour) how is it I need to wait 21 days? I have Nitro on it for a year. This is so unfair. Why cant anyone assist with these requests. The ticket still is marked as opened with *they are investigating*

Vacircam The “normal” wait time for these kinda tickets seem to be around the 2 to 3 month mark, I'm almost at 2 months now. I honestly don't know what to tell you, It's Infurating on so many levels but sadly all we can do Is wait.

Hotaru i also heard that 3 months is the reply time, ive been on wait for 2 months and a half, Expecting a response next month
