Trust & Safety team not responding! (ACCOUNT HACKED, MONEY STOLEN)
My ticket info:
- Old ticket info: Someone has gotten unauthorized access to my Discord account and made a unauthorized transaction of $100 for a gift.

New ticket info: I have opened a chargeback dispute on Paypal and my Discord got disabled for violating the TOS, I didn't know that it was not allowed to open a dispute. Sorry for that the dispute is closed and removed.
I would like to have these things solved I want a refund and I want my account to be enabled again. Thanks in advance, I hope I can get helped as soon as possible.I have added screenshots of the emails I have gotten and the transaction history of my account.
I am waiting for over 2 weeks now since 16 February to have actual Discord staff help me for this matter I only received automatic emails.
And I wanted to note that I am really disappointed in the support its response time, I have supported Discord for years and I have to wait weeks to get my account & money back.
I will add a screenshot of what happened; they bought 1 gift and tried to do another but that was blocked by Discord. Please help me to get my account actived again and a refund issued. My contact email: evilstriker112@gmail.com

they dont help you just say bye bye to your account and do chargedback using paypal support

I personally don't think Discord will do anything for you if it took that long, try create a new account and move on:(
