Account banned for being Underage

Hello, Ive seen a lot of similar posts about people being falsely banned for their age and would like to inquire about peoples similar experiences. Following my deactivation I provided my government issued identification proving my age, my username: 0xlofie and a photo of myself that matches my id all in the same photo. The Ticket ID is #43387546. It has been about a day and I still have no response or action taken on my account despite the fact that the ticket says that there has been activity on it. I have meetings and important calls scheduled and would like access to my account back. Have any other users had a similar experience and can tell me how long it will take my account to get reactivated. Thank you.

    I have the same problem. I spent a lot of money and I have a discord community server with many members. Discord needs to check tickets urgently.

    I think they must be busy right now, at least my ticket was not automatically closed. I hope I can get my account access back in time for my meetings.

    My tickets are automatically closed… It will take them 5 minutes to look. I don't understand what's so difficult.

    Agreed, I only have 2 open one extra because I submitted the wrong info. Kinda loosing hope on getting my account back though. Its my main source of income and is starting to get stressful. I know its only been a day and a half  but hopefully support resolves it soon.

    but I sent a message instead of making another ticket lol

    99. bro they checked my correct ticket and marked it solved and my bad ticket is still open while someone named starfish messages on it
