I need a refund because my account was hacked an no one is helping me

I was hacked 3 weeks ago hacker enabled 2FA, support hasn't replied in 2 ½ weeks, and recently the hacker has been making purchases on discord. I've disputed the transaction with my bank, and I'm so tired of all of this. This has been a horrible experience and I've had no support, so I have requested to delete my account.

My only issue is that I pay for discord annually, I even paid for Midjourney but discord has nothing really to do with that, and I need to be refunded for the remaining months of my discord nitro annual. I honestly feel like discord has been enabling the hacker to keep my account. 

I don't trust them with my money anymore, but I want the remainder of my discord nitro refunded. How do I go about doing that? I don't have any faith in the discord support team at all anymore, and my real life money has been put at risk without any contingency from Discord Support. 

If anyone has any tips please let me know, it would be greatly appreciated.
