Events for specific roles

Add a feature for servers that lets us create events that are only visible for certain roles.

Example: I have a VIP role in my discord server, and I want to make VIP-only events. 

I could do that by just saying to everyone, “only for people who has the VIP role”, but I just don't think that's a good solution.
