I don't receive a password reset email
Hello, I am using outlook email. I request a password reset email from the login page, but I don't receive any email to my email. My support ticket is also not answered. It is marked as "solved" but there is no solution.

Same problem here, for several days now.
Logged in from a new computer, was asked to reset my password. never received any email (and yes, I did check spam, even opened a ticket at my ISP to make sure - these emails are not received by their mail server).
Opened a ticket at Discord,. got a number, and then nothing.
I have a paid subscription to an AI, and I can't use it.

i was asked to reset password all of the sudden. was using discord, suddenly login screen of discord said i needed to relog, so i pressed the login button, then password/email screen appeared, logged in, said i need to reset password. so i did, using the forgotten password link in it. no e-mail arrives. checked spam thrash blocked senders blocked domains. nothing comes in. however, the email from support about the ticket i made did come in. so it is broken.

I am in exact same situation. Asked Discord for help and received genetic response.
Yes I have checked my junk folder. It was the first thing I tried.
