Underage-Ban violation suggestion & feedback

So after I got banned for being falsely reported/flagged as being underage, I went to the forums to find out the best way to do this, where every story details a 4 day wait time even extending to 3 weeks. I have had my experience and I am able to share it. Once again I apologise for creating more tickets than necessary. Discord reviewed it after one day which I believe is reasonable. Discord might need to expand its team to not have these unreasonable rumours spread, as so many people say once you have an account banned for underage violation you can say goodbye, which is false. One thing I suggest when dealing with this issue is Reach out to Discord I know it sounds stupid but reaching out to Discord in every way possible is the best way. I created two tickets, one about updating my age and one general question, turned out the question ticket was handled by the same people so it worked out just the same, as long as your original age update ticket has an attached image of Both your ID, your face and Discord user on a paper. I also reached out to Discord via twitter, it seemed to work out aswell as people got to see the story unfold and sent me help and suggestions in PM, and Discord tends to reply to these aswell.

I hope this helps anybody experiencing these issues, you have to be patient though as it takes 1-3 days on average. And no I do not know the information about a different ban than mine, this is my experience.
