Seriously support solved my ticket for no reason.
My account has been hacked but I want to make update information then blame me and require me change the account to another email how could I delete it and clear the email?
It is impossible support should remove the account then restore my main account.
I need help, and this shouldn't be automated.

Exactly I had to do login on Discord Support and I noticed it is solved without reason I tried to open it again. These support automate is really bad quality to close my first ticket while I created second ticket instantly closed but another ticket was open. I am trying make it clearly as I paid Nitro how they do not care.
Once it should be fixed when staff assisted in first ticket. I really to hate it when you can make an accident they will make automate to close your ticket. Either I can't update information.
I did told in the ticket including all information was correctly than automate gives make no sense what I said is a hacker added an account for my email. Even a bot can't read fully the ticket.

I checked the ticket. No more Nelly in my ticket. I really hate automate and mark my ticket without permission but it should be quick to solve my problem for restore my account. Hopefully there is no automate in my ticket.

For me they just need to change the Email back, but nothing since over a month

They do the same to me. I got hacked and they automatically close my tickets.
