Add privileges and slow modes to the voting function and increase the degree of freedom.

I would like to see permissions and slow mode added to the voting function.

Current setting: Anyone with permission to view the channel can vote on the channel. Users with message sending permissions can create polls in the text channel.

With this setting, there is a possibility that annoying troll users will post repeatedly.

My main idea↓

• Create a new permission called “Create Poll”
• Allow to set slow mode (cooldown) for voting

my personal hope↓

• Enable to select users who can answer using voting options
• I would like you to provide an API for voting.
