Discord scammed, tickets marked as solved

    good luck, I fell for the same kind of scam a month ago, sent the first ticket, gets “solved” with an automated message saying they wont help me, sent a second ticket afterwards hoping to maybe get through another member of trust & safety, after 7 days same automated message. Sent a third ticket, after 7 days the same message. All marked as “solved”. 
    I guess all we can do is try again and again. I think about reporting the account theft to the police to at least get some official document, maybe this will help with discords laughable support team. And if nothing helps theres always the option to get a lawyer. By this point I also just want that account deleted so that the scammer isnt dragging other people down in my name. I guess by this point thats all we can do.  
    Again, good luck with your account mate, I'd sent another ticket, maybe you can actually reach a human being in the support.

    Hey buddy, i actually think i know why is it always marked as “solved”. Discord maybe mark it as “solved” since they consider your request as “unable to help you”. To fix this, make sure to check again what you put on your request. Mine became open right after i told them i got an email verification before (i wasn't sure so i put no).

    Feel free to ask me more question, ill answer them if i know the answer.

    Hey Billytwo one of my tickets was marked as open again today but immediately marked it as solved again but it looked like the tickets purpose was changed??? For some reason??? This is really strange I don’t think I’ve seen anyone do this before

    Well I posted some replies with screenshot proof, and they had some activity on it after that, and marked as opened, and then I noticed the ticket seemed to be changed to what looked like disable appeal? Idk I’m just nervous that ticket was sent 20-ish days ago too

    Im just nervous they’ll mark my email as spam cause the first few days I ended up sending 4 and realized they only push you back in the queue :[

    my account got disabled because of my og name cocaine on december 2023 and i still got no reply for it and it is all marked as solved + i created a new account and it got disabled out of nowhere what can i do?

    Honeycocaaiine for this one its pretty unfair tbh, i have seen username worser than this 💀💀. Request the staff of changing your username into something else (maybe they can't tho idk).

    Make sure you are using the proper support account linked to your real account. Lots of users come here and make a new account when you just need to change the password for the support domain.

    I didn’t have a support account before this, I just requested a password for this specific email which was the original email for my discord account before I was tricked into changing it. Is there something else I should have done?

    No that's the correct way. This all happened to me but my account wasn't disabled.

    My tickets also get market with no answer, it's 7 days with no explanation why my account is disabled.

    My ticket was closed without an answer but it allows me to do a follow up and even saw whom I was assigned to with my old ticket that was closed. Did any of you check the details of the ticket that was “solved”
