account asking for verification

last week when logging into any server, my account now asks for email and number verification otherwise I can't access it.

Here's the big problem, my account has been since 2017, I no have my old number, is canceled, and my email, I don't have access to.

I tried to contact support through my secondary email, but they claim that they can only resolve issues when the request is sent via the account email.
